Who we are

Hawkr is a racing intelligence platform built in Wellington, New Zealand. When we say "we", "us", or "Hawkr", we mean the team behind hawkr.co.nz.

What we collect

• Email address — if you sign up for early access or blog updates via our interest form.
• Usage data — standard web analytics (page views, referrer, device type). We don't use third-party trackers or advertising cookies.
• Account data — if you create an account on the Hawkr platform, we store the information you provide (name, email, preferences).

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone.
• We don't share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
• We don't use your data for targeted advertising.

How we use your data

• To send you updates about Hawkr (only if you opted in).
• To improve the platform and understand how people use it.
• To respond to you if you contact us.

Data storage

Your data is stored on servers managed by our hosting providers (Cloudflare and Vercel). We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no system is perfectly secure.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you can ask us to show you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we'll sort it.
